Finding the Right Teacher for Your Child
Every teacher at Ease Quran holds a real Quran qualification, ranging from Hifz-ul-Quran and Tajweed certification to a Quran Ijazah, and each one specializes in a particular kind of student: young beginners, teenagers preparing for Hifz, adults learning to read for the first time, or reverts starting from scratch.
When you book your free trial, tell us the student's age, current Quran level, and any preference, including a female teacher for a daughter or sister. We match you to a teacher suited to that profile for the trial class. If the fit is right, and it usually is, that same teacher continues with your regular weekly classes, so your child is not relearning a new teacher's style every few months.
What Happens in the First Class
Your free trial is a real, full 30-minute class, not a sales call. Here is what to expect and what to have ready.
During the Trial
- The teacher briefly assesses current reading level or memorization progress
- Your child, or you, tries a short reading or recitation exercise together with the teacher
- The teacher explains how regular classes would be structured going forward
- You can ask questions about pacing, homework, and scheduling
What You'll Need
- A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone
- The free Zoom app installed beforehand
- A stable internet connection
- A reasonably quiet spot to sit for the class

Rather than one fixed curriculum, your class is built around which of these fits the student.
For Kids
Starts with Noorani Qaida to learn the Arabic letters and sounds, then moves into Quran reading with Tajweed. Many children continue on to Hifz once their reading is solid.

Certified Quran Teaching, Wherever You Are in Maine
