Welcome to Ease Quran Online Academy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://easequran.com and our online Quran education services. By accessing our website or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in any course offered by Ease Quran Online Academy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), or that you are a parent or legal guardian enrolling a minor child and accepting these Terms on their behalf. You agree to use our services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Provided

Ease Quran Online Academy provides live, one-on-one online Quran education services via video conferencing on Zoom. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Quran recitation classes for children and adults (Noorani Qaida, Quran Reading)
• Tajweed (Quran recitation rules) instruction
• Hifz (Quran memorization) programs
• Arabic Language courses
• Islamic Studies classes
• Specialized programs for adults, new Muslims (reverts), and families

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any service offering at any time with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

3. Free Trial Class

We offer one (1) free trial class to each new student. The following conditions apply:

• Each student may have one free trial class, including each child in the same family.
• No credit card or payment is required to book a trial class.
• The trial class is approximately 30 minutes in duration.
• We reserve the right to decline a trial class booking at our sole discretion.
• The free trial offer may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Booking a free trial class does not create an obligation to enroll or pay.

4. Enrollment, Fees, and Payment

4a. Enrollment

Enrollment becomes effective upon payment for a package of classes. A confirmed schedule is arranged by the academy with the student or parent, around their preferred days and times. Enrollment is personal and non-transferable.

4b. Fees and Payment

• Classes are paid for in packages. Each package is paid in advance, and the next package is billed when the classes in the current package have been completed. Current prices are listed on our Pricing page.
• Fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD). International students may be subject to currency conversion rates applied by their payment provider.
• Payment is due before the first class of each package. We accept bank transfer, Remitly, and credit or debit card. Failure to pay may result in classes being paused.
• We use third-party payment processors. By making payment, you agree to their terms and privacy policies as applicable. We do not store your full payment card details.
• All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.

4c. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Enrolled students will be given at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase. Continued enrollment after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

5a. Student Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please tell us at least 4 hours before it starts, on WhatsApp or by email.
• A class cancelled with at least 4 hours' notice is not counted. We reschedule it or arrange a makeup class, and there is no limit on how many classes can be rescheduled this way.
• If a student misses a class without telling us, the class counts as taken, because the teacher was present and waiting. In a genuine emergency, please contact us and we will consider it fairly.

5b. Teacher Cancellations

If your teacher cannot take a class, another teacher will take it or we will arrange a makeup class at no additional cost. If a teacher leaves, we will arrange a suitable new teacher.

5c. Stopping Classes

You may stop classes at any time. To avoid being billed for the next package, please tell us at least 7 days before it is due. There is no long-term contract.

5d. Refunds

• If you stop partway through a paid package, we refund the classes in that package that have not been used.
• Classes that were taken, and classes missed without notice, are not refunded.
• Refunds are sent back using a payment method we agree with you.

6. Teacher Assignment and Changes

We assign teachers based on student age, level, gender preferences, and scheduling. We reserve the right to reassign a student to a different teacher if necessary (e.g., teacher unavailability, performance concerns). If you are dissatisfied with your assigned teacher, we will work with you to find a better fit, as this is part of our commitment to your satisfaction and is offered at no additional cost.

7. Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and guardians are expected to:

• Treat teachers and staff with respect and Islamic adab (manners) at all times.
• Attend classes on time and in a suitable, quiet environment.
• Ensure children are supervised and ready for class at the scheduled time.
• Not record video calls without prior written consent from Ease Quran Academy and the teacher.
• Not share login credentials, class links, or materials with unauthorized third parties.
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate enrollment without refund if a student or parent engages in abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward our teachers or staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, course materials, and teaching methodologies, is the intellectual property of Ease Quran Online Academy or its licensed contributors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Course materials provided during classes are for personal educational use only and may not be shared or commercially exploited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding the speed of student progress, as individual results depend on effort, practice, and commitment. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ease Quran Online Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. For students in the United States, any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in English. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit in connection with our services.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues before pursuing formal dispute resolution. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
